2. Get Enough Sleep
Sleeping is the natural way of resetting your body. Did you know that you’re more likely to catch the common cold due to poor sleep? A UCFS study from 2019 proved that less than 6 hours sleep a day makes a person four times more likely to catch a cold. It’s a huge factor in determining if a person gets sick.
